USS SAVANNAH (LCS 28) FY25 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA)

For the award of USS SAVANNAH (LCS 28) DSRA N00024-25-C-4420, Vigor Marine LLC, Portland, Oregon, is awarded a $46,297,507 firm-fixed-price contract action for maintenance, modernization, and repair of USS SAVANNAH (LCS 28) Fiscal Year 2025 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). The scope of this acquisition includes all labor, supervision, equipment, production, testing, facilities, and quality assurance necessary to prepare for and accomplish the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability for critical maintenance, modernization, and repair programs. This contract includes options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $57,075,822.

This contract was competitively procured using full and open competition via PIEE and SAM.gov. Competitive proposals were received in response to Solicitation N00024-25-R-4420. The Naval SEA Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
