Design Update Repair Jet Fuel Complex

The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract to HDR Engineering Inc. address: 1917 S 67TH ST, OMAHA, NE 68106 for A-E Services Type A and B Architect-Engineering Services in support of Utah Air National Guard Project USEB20132450, Design Update Repair Jet Fuel Complex, at the Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, UT. HDR Engineering Inc. was the original A-E firm that completed the initial design in 2020.

This award is to be made on a sole-source basis as permitted by FAR 6.302-l(a){2) (iii). The justification document for this award will be made public at a later date as required by FAR 6.305. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive pro­posals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation documentation is available. A de­termination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
