3. THE MAX ALLOWABLE GROUND TIME IS 3.5 HRS AT ALL ORIGINATING, ENROUTE, TURNAROUND, OR TERMINATING LOCATIONS. THE 3.5 HOUR GROUND TIME LIMIT INCLUDES THE TIME BETWEEN TERMINATION AND ORIGINATING OF MULTIPLE ROTATIONS.



4. CARRIER WILL OBTAIN ALL OVER FLIGHT AND DIPLOMATIC CLEARANCES AND PPRS.



5. CARRIER WILL COORDINATE/CONTRACT ALL REQUIRED SUPPORT AND



LOADING/OFFLOADING EQUIPMENT.
