Description: This RFI is for Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) who owns and operates 130 automated card lock fuel sites located throughout Washington State at fully operational above ground and underground facilities. These fuel sites provide diesel, gasoline, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for WSDOT vehicles, as well as for vehicles of various other State agencies, counties, and municipalities.
