Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation 20152101 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).



The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.



This is a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 332216 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.



Please see the attached statement of work for:



1. A list of line items and quantities



2. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired.



3. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.



Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.



The evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable.



Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with your offer.



The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.



The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached 52.212-5 for additional FAR clauses cited in the clause that are applicable to the acquisition.



Offers are due by 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time on September 12, 2025.
