ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe
County Water Authority (the “Authority”) at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York
14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 10:30 A.M. prevailing time on
Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at which time and place they will be opened via WebEx or telephone
conferencing and read aloud. A WebEx meeting link will be sent out to all plan holders and posted at
https://www.mcwa.com/public-information/procurement-opportunities/. The meeting password is:
BidOpening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
WEBSTER WTP FILTER GALLERY CONDUIT REPLACEMENT
The project generally consists of abandoning existing concealed conduit raceways, and replacing them
with new exposed surface mounted conduit raceways, wiring, cabling, and replacing lighting fixtures
at the Webster Water Treatment Plant.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Webster
Water Treatment Plant, 593 Basket Rd., Webster, NY 14580.
The Bidding Documents, including drawings, may be obtained from the Monroe County Water Authority

FEDEX, by providing The Authority with a FEDEX account number. There is no fee for the Bidding
Documents.
