The purpose of this amendment is to update the combined synopsis/solicitation to reflect the correct part number for the headset required.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in

FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This

announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation

will not be issued.

W50S8V-25-Q-A020 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal

Acquisition Circular 2025-04.

This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business to authorized

David Clark vendors ONLY and associated with NAICS code: 334310 and a small business size standard

of 750 employees.

The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for David Clark – DC ONE-XM (C-17).

This requirement is being requested on the basis of price alone without discussions being held.
