USAID Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) Informational Session

The United States Government (USG), represented by the United States Agency for International Development’s Nigeria Mission (USAID/Nigeria) is issuing this notice to invite local Nigerian firms interested to participate in a hybrid informational session hosted by USAID’s Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) on Friday, November 22nd in Abuja, Nigeria.

DIV is USAID's evidence-based open innovation program that provides grant funding to innovators and researchers to test new ideas, take strategic risks, build evidence of what works, and advance the best solutions to improve people's lives.

At this session, participants will learn about DIV’s approach to funding innovative global development solutions, who can apply, where projects may be based, core principles, assessment criteria for each stage—or level—of funding, and the application process and timeline. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer period with the speakers.
