This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The reference number is N0018925Q0486. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies, in accordance with the Product Breakdown. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 and the Small Business Standard is $34.0M.
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Microsoft Corporation (CAGE: 60128) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.501(a). The instant requirement is for Microsoft Unified Support Services at the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO). As part of the instant requirement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools and materials necessary to provide comprehensive Microsoft Unified Enterprise support including Tiered, Critical Escalation Support as well as Power BI Modeling and Data Architecture Support by “fully qualified Microsoft Subject Matter Experts”. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contain one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
