91242-Drilling and Boring Services, Horizontal Directional (HDD and HDB);
This solicitation is to establish a contract for specialized Horizontal Directional Drilling (HHD) under railroad tracks that require a wired interconnection between the railroad equipment house and the traffic signal cabinet. Services shall include horizontal directional drilling (HHD), installation of conduits and ground boxes, and any other activities necessary to complete the needed services.
