Bids will be received by the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, which operates under the direction of the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission, an enterprise fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, 101 South Spring Street Suite 400, Little Rock, AR 72201 for the following:

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (“LRCVB”) desires to solicit bids to award a contract to qualified vendors to provide the purchase of the following: 10 each CHAUVET Professional Maverick Force S Profile 350W LED Moving Head Fixture (Black) and 10 each CHAUVET Professional Rogue R3X LED Wash Light (RGBW) fixtures. This bid will be awarded by line item to the firm most competitive for that item.
