The Norfolk Airport Authority is requesting Bids for the Decommission RWY 14-32 and Robin Hood Road Realignment project to be submitted to the Administration office front desk, located in the Departures Terminal, 2nd Floor at Norfolk International Airport, 2200 Norview Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23518. The Work under this Project consists of decommissioning existing Runway 14-32 to include full-depth asphalt pavement installation, asphalt mill and overlay, concrete panel repairs, airfield electrical, and airfield striping. The project also consists of the realignment of Robin Hood Road which includes new site utilities, site lighting, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and striping.
