The State Highway Administration is soliciting for a contractor to provide roadside tree trimming/removal in Anne Arundel County on an as needed basis.

The sole points of contact for purposes of this IFB are Resident Maintenance Engineer Tony Octavien or designee Procurement Officer Charlene Cooke. They may be contacted at telephone number 410-766-3770 between 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. or by email Ccooke@mdot.maryland.gov.

No pre-bid conference will be held. All questions before or after bid opening may be directed to the Procurement Officer designee Charlene Cooke at the Glen Burnie Maintenance Shop via phone or e-mail. A site visit to review conditions on State Highways in Anne Arundel County is highly encouraged prior to bidding.

The Bids must be received by Charlene Cooke at the State Highway Administration office located at 910 Stewart Ave, Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on or before October 25, 2024, at 3 PM Eastern

Bids shall be opened publicly at the time, date and location designated above.

Vendors are responsible for assuring that their bids are delivered to the specified location before the deadline for receipt of bids, including those delivered by U.S. Postal Service.

Oral, fax, telegraphic, mailgram or E-mail bids will not be accepted.
