RFQ/RFP City of Blue Springs, MO Website Redesign Services

The City of Blue Springs, Missouri Communications Department (“City”/“Owner”) is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified website designer firms for the redesign of the city’s website.

The successful Website Design Firm will be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price before redesigning work on the website commences, and will be required to exercise rigorous cost, quality and schedule control throughout the duration of the Project. The intent is to improve user experience, modern aesthetics, enhanced functionality and greater accessibility while serving as an effective communication tool for residents, businesses, and visitors.
