Description
THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 is conducting market research to determine contractors of providing vendor support for EPA’s consolidation of floors and moving staff to new workstations on multiple floors. The consolidation will occur in phases and requires moving staff personal belongings to adjacent floors and waste collection and disposal.

The place of performance:
75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105

A walkthrough will be scheduled on the anticipated week of the solicitation closure but is subject to change. It is highly recommended all interested vendors attend. Vendors interested in attending a walkthrough will send an email that confirms vendor interest.

Interested firms must provide capability statement that demonstrates that they can meet the requirements of the Attachment 1 - RFI_68HE0926Q0012 PWS. Also, reference Attachment 2 - Appendix A.

Only electronic submissions of capability statements will be accepted. Electronic responses shall be limited to (3) pages, including attachments, on approximately 8.5 x 11 pages. Font size shall be no smaller than 11 pt. Submissions shall be in English. PDF or MS Word document formats are acceptable. Capability statements must be submitted to Nea Ouk at Ouk.Nea@epa.gov no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on February 20, 2026.
