Except as stated in this contract, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform fixed wing transportation services for military and Government commuter passenger transportation and movement of essential cargo (including contractor personnel and equipment performing on unrelated contracts) between KPBI airport and MYAF airport, in support of the Atlantic Undersea Testing and Evaluation Center. If necessary for operational purposes, the aircraft may operate from an alternate location within the state of Florida. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for further details.
