The County of Greenville is seeking proposals for the landfill earthwork of Unit 4 Cell 5 located at the Twin Chimneys Landfill, subject to the conditions and all provisions set forth herein and attached. Excavation of approximately 160,000 cy of material (soil and rock) for the future Unit 4 Cell 5 landfill cell. Excavated material to be placed in on-site stockpiles.
