The City of Palo Alto invites proposals from qualified contractors to supply all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation for the installation of an approved Carbon Vessel Replacement, as well as the disposal of the extracted materials at the Palo Alto Regional Water Quality Control Plant Sludge Dewatering Bio Scrubber, located at 2501 Embarcadero Way, Palo Alto, CA 94303. Detailed requirements and performance conditions are outlined in the Scope of Work (or Services).
The Sludge Dewatering Building (SDB) Bio-scrubber (Carbon Vessel) was erected in 2018 to improve the air quality coming from the SDB.
