Description

A. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver Finished Engineered Hardwood Flooring

to the U.S. Embassy Tbilisi in accordance with the specifications and terms and

conditions set forth herein.

B. The order type will be a onetime purchase order.

C. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and

transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the US Embassy Tbilisi, 29,

Georgian American Friendship Ave, Tbilisi, Georgia.



The Finished Engineered Hardwood Flooring shall meet the following

minimum requirements:

Product: Two or Three -Layer Engineered Wood Flooring – Oak Classic Manufacturer:

USA or EU

1. Product Description:

Type: Finished Engineered Parquet (Two/three -layer construction)

Wood Species: Oak (Oak Classic)

Surface Treatment: Oil-Waxed (not lacquered)

Finish: Factory prefinished, ready for installation

2. Dimensions:

Length: from 490 mm

Width: from 65 mm

Thickness: 11 mm to 15 mm (to be specified by supplier)

Top Layer Thickness: Minimum 6 mm oak veneer (to be confirmed)

3. Installation Requirements:

Pattern: Herringbone (chevron pattern is not acceptable)

Subfloor: Suitable for engineered wood installation, flat and dry

Installation Method: Full surface glue-down

Underfloor Heating Compatibility: Required (if available, please provide confirmation

and specifications)

4. Certifications & Quality:

Product must comply with European or US quality standards (e.g., EN 14342 etc.)

CE marked

5. Additional Requirements:

Provide manufacturer’s technical datasheet, installation guidelines, and maintenance

instructions.

Submit samples for approval prior to procurement.

II. Baseboard minimum specifications:

1. Type:

Engineered skirting boards (baseboards)

2. Core Material:

MDF, wood or plywood

3. Veneer:

Natural oak veneer (same species as flooring – Oak Classic)

4. Surface Treatment:

Oil-waxed finish, matching the flooring surface

5. Color Match:

Coordinated with Parkiet Oak Classic floorboards (same color tone and oil

finish)

6. Height:

Insert required height, e.g., 80 -120 mm

7. Thickness:

Insert required thickness, e.g., 15–20 mm

8. Length:

Standard lengths (e.g., 2,000–2,400 mm)

9. Installation:

For mounting with concealed fixings or adhesive

III. DELIVERY LOCATION AND TIME

A. The Contractor shall deliver all ordered items using door-to-door incoterms to the

following address:

29 Georgian American Friendship Ave.

US Embassy Tbilisi warehouse`

Tbilisi, Georgia

B. The Contractor shall deliver all ordered items not later than the 60days from the

date of order.

C. The Contractor shall deliver between the hours of 9:00 – 16:30 Monday through

Friday except for official holidays.

IV. PAYMENT

Payment will be processed for the items delivered.

Payment terms are NET 30 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of order by the

Embassy and a vendor’s proper invoice by US Embassy Financial Management Center

(FMC).

To constitute a proper invoice, the invoice must include the following information and/or

attached documentation:

1) Name and Address of the Contractor

2) Date of invoice

3) Unique Vendor Invoice Number

5) Remittance Contact Information

7) Total Quantity of Items/services

8) Total Invoice Amount

9) Order/Award Number

10) Order line item number and information

11) Electronic funds transfer (EFT) banking information

Electronic invoices must be submitted directly to our electronic payment inbox at

TbilisiFMOVouchering@state.gov . You may copy other embassy contacts in your email;

however, your invoice must be submitted directly to this address. The FMC is not permitted

to process invoices that are forwarded by others within the Mission, unless approved by the

Financial Management Officer.
