Description
4x external load training (2x 15k, 1x 12k, and 1x 6k) blocks IOT replace the current deteriorating training blocks, enhance ability to train aircrews on external load procedures associated with L2A2 operations, and prepare for ARSTRUC lift asset increase. Blocks will meet criteria outlined in Natick Center Technical Data Package (TDP) 11-1-7752, addendum 01, which is the most current.2 X 15K Sing Block(s)- Construction: Concrete and rebar constructed training block allowing aircrews to train effectively while minimizing potential damage to Army equipment. Construction will be IAW with technical data in the attachments. - Color -Coded: Each Block shall be color-coded IAW the table below, integral ready-mic concrete dyes, such as those available from Solomon Colors, QC Construction Products or Davis Colors: - Block adequately simulates M777A1, M1097 w/ High Mobility Trailer, etc. 1 X 6K Sling Block- Construction: Concrete and rebar constructed training block allowing aircrews to train effectively while minimizing potential damage to Army equipment. Construction will be IAW with the attachment below. - Color -Coded: Each Block shall be color-coded IAW the table below, integral ready-mic concrete dyes, such as those available from Solomon Colors, QC Construction Products or Davis Colors. - Block adequately simulates M119A3, Container Roll-In/Out Platform (CROP), etc. Manufacturer Data Plate (Per Block):- Provide nameplate with block weight, manufacturer, manufactured date, unique local serial number, and that the block was made in accordance with this drawing to each weight.
