The 102d Intelligence Wing has approximately 140 linear feet of gutter and 182 linear feet of downspout that leaks and causes water issues in and around the facility. The purpose of this contract is to remove and dispose of the gutter and downspouts in the locations specified in Attachment 1, Gutter & Downspout Replacement, inspect the roofline for water intrusion, and replace all gutter and downspouts.
