Description

The 1st Special Operations Support Squadron requires the purchase, delivery, and installation of marine components and refurbishment services to restore two 38’ SAFE Boat Full Cabin vessels to mission-capable status for coastal operations. Supplies include propulsion engines, engine management systems, navigation and communication systems (including multi-function displays, radar, VHF radios, AIS, sonar transducers, and antennas), power generators, sponsons, searchlights, non-skid tape, and LED navigation/deck lighting, with specific part numbers and “or equal” allowances detailed in the solicitation attachments. Services include installation at the contractor’s US facility and sea trials to validate functionality, completed within 180 days from award, per USCG/ABYC standards. “Or equal” items must meet performance requirements outlined in the attachments.
