SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE: DLA Troop Support Clothing and Textiles is

seeking eligible domestic contractors to furnish the Chemical and Oil

Protective Gloves PGC 00561 in accordance with NAVSEA PD-87066C.

All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability

statements in response to this notice regarding their ability to provide

product conforming to the PD. In addition, please provide details on where

component material and end item manufacturing would take place,

production lead-time for end item delivery, monthly and annual quantities

(minimum sustaining rates, economical production rates and maximum

production rates), and estimated pricing.

While Berry compliant responses are preferred, DLA Troop Support has an

approved Domestic Non Availability Determination (DNAD) for Nitrile

Gloves and has been buying Non-Berry compliant product since 2008 that

meets the requirements of NAVSEA PD-87066C; However, DLA Troop

Support is seeking domestic responsible sources. If a manufacturer has

an item that does not fully meet the requirements in the PD, any response

should clearly specify the deviations. If interested parties cannot provide

requested product, please provide some feedback on which specific

requirements pose an issue.

This Source Sought Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any

information provided in response to this notice will NOT be considered

binding between the vendor and the Government.
