Intent to Limit Sources for a Brand Name on a Sole Source Basis – Rubrik Software License Renewal

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIMIT SOURCES, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ).

NAVSUP FLCY Marianas Site, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources, intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order for a brand name Rubrik annual software license and support renewal on a sole source basis.

Competition will be limited to authorized dealers of Rubrik as the only source of vendors capable of meeting the government’s requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519. The PSC code is DF10. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price delivery order for:

-Rubrik Security Cloud - Private, Foundation Edition, per usable BETB, Premium Support, Term: 12 Months Rubrik, Inc. MFR PART#: RS-BT-FE-RSCP-PEPP

-Rubrik Support for R6000S-1 hardware, 1 Year Support; Premium support Term: 12 Months Rubrik, Inc. MFR PART#: RS-HW-SVC-PE-S1

- Rubrik Non-Returnable Disk Service for Rubrik R6000S Appliance Term: 12 Months Rubrik, Inc. MFR PART#: RS-NRD-R6000S

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability by responding to this notice no later than 1000 JST 03 April 2025. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.

Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gove/portal/public/SAM. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
