Work consists of Repair and replacement of structural elements supporting the Thompsons Mill building including reinforced concrete, carpentry, and minor steel fabrication. This includes an area of reinforced concrete wall, 3 new concrete footings dug by hand, and the carpentry work to replacement and add wood columns with brackets.
