This notice is for questions and answers for an upcoming competitive Request for Proposals (RFP); any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit questions regarding the PWS and Attachments. Any comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to CS Naomi Sproule at naomi.k.sproule.civ@us.navy.mil with a copy to KO Shauna Lloyd at shauna.e.lloyd2.civ@us.navy.mil. All written responses received within fourteen (14) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A follow on RFP will be issued at an undetermined date at this time.
