The facility services include full wrap around services for holding of aliens to include blankets,
bedding, food, water and snacks, facility maintenance, rest rooms, sinks, showers, power, water
and waste/trash removal, along with guards, porters and shower monitors. The requirement is to
provide continued Supplies, Services and Maintenance of existing facilities and provide any
renovation as required to keep operational integrity. The existing period of performance under
Task Order #70B01C24F00000327 is anticipated to end on February 7, 2025. The new period
of performance will be one-month base with up to 5 one-month option periods for a total price
of $71,312,256.00.
