Visit Broken Arrow (VBA) is requesting proposals from qualified agencies and professionals for the creation of a Tourism Strategic Plan. The selected firm will enter into an agreement for strategic planning services and project must be completed by October 1, 2025. Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM EST on Friday, March 28, 2025 in 2 (two) formats (both are required to be considered an official submission):

It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the Proposal arrives prior to the time and date indicated above. Late proposals will be returned unopened. Visit Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals shall be firm for a period of 60 days commencing March 28, 2025.
