The Hamilton-Wenham School District, a Massachusetts public school district, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the replacement of three natural gas fired boilers at the Hamilton-Wenham High School, 775 Bay Road, South Hamilton, MA 01982, in accordance with contract documents prepared by NV5 MEP/FP Engineers, 380 Russell Street, Hadley, MA 01035.
Scope of Work. The Project consists of the replacement of (3) gas fired cast iron sectional boilers, with selective demolition of the existing hot water distribution piping and associated branch circuitry within the boiler room to facilitate the installation of (3) high efficiency stainless steel condensing boilers. The Mechanical Contractor will be the prime contractor with Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, and Roofing trades as subcontractors to the prime contractor.
