PURCHASE ELECTRICAL WIRE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QK0000004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-01, effective 12 November 2024.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335929. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the following parts:

Quantity: 15,000 Foot (ft)

Electrical wire material must be marked IAW either SAE AS22759 or NAVAIR 01-1A-505-1.

Electrical wire must be on spools of 500 foot or more of continuous length.

Electrical wire must be manufactured within the last 12 months.

Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. Alternate Parts will be authorized if they are an approved alternate part that satisfies all form, fit, and function requirements of the original parts and conform to the approved configuration. All parts shall be NEW approved parts.

NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USCG.
