Description

The Pathology and Laboratory Medicine department is requesting a contractor to deliver dry ice . to the laboratory twice per week to support patient samples or specimens to reference laboratories for further testing and analysis. The contractor will provide all servies necessary for the ordering, delivery, and retrieval of dry ice and empty containers listed in the schedule.
