This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirement.
Period of Performance: 04/15/2025 to 04/14/2030
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
This procurement is set aside for Small Business.
The NAICS code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5M.
This is a Base Year with 4 Option Years, in accordance with 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Mar 2000) and 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, transportation and equipment for
Ansonia, CT Mowing and Fence Line Maintenance and Hamden, CT Mowing, Weeding, Trimming and Flower Beds within Government-owned facilities except as identified herein as Government-furnished, as services specified by this Statement of Work (SOW) and any attachments.
Ansonia, CT Mowing and Fence Line Maintenance and Hamden, CT Mowing, Weeding, Trimming and Flower Beds, for a period of not to exceed one year with the option of four extensions on a yearly basis.
Vendors are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend the Site Visit before quoting this requirement advised to inspect the facility and site prior to submitting their offers. Arrangements to see the building can be made by contacting the COR.
