CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO REPAIR EXISTING POWER AND COMMUNICATIONS CABLES TO EXISTING TARGETS ON RANGE TO ACCEPT THE NEW ARMY FUTURE ARMY SYSTEM INTEGRATED TARGETS (FASIT).
