The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is requesting services to complete preventative maintenance and general services for District elevator and escalator equipment.
A dedicated equipment tech/mechanic will perform the following tasks for the listed equipment. This individual may be described as the “Resident Mechanic”.
The onsite tech/mechanic is also responsible for equipment start up at all locations M-F and is to be complete by 8:30am.
Preventative maintenance: Contractor will maintain the units using trained personnel directly employed by their firm. The maintenance will include inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of parts.
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on 1/08/2025 at 9am.
