Synopsis:

The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 19.1406(a) and FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) under the statutory authority of 15 USC 657f) to BHPE LLC, 10601 S Western AVE STE 113, Oklahoma 73170-6215, for MFRC Remstar Lektriever Repair.

This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures (IAW FAR 13) and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Procurement Program (IAW FAR 19.1406). This requirement is a SDVOSB sole source award. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34.0M.
