RFP for Professional Services - Safe Streets For All Safety Action Plan

The City of Half Moon Bay (City) is seeking professional services from traffic engineering consultants to assist with performing a traffic study for the City’s Safe Streets 4 All – Street and Roadway Safety Action Plan Project.

About the Project

The Safe Streets 4 All Action Plan project aims to produce a city-wide Street and Roadway Action Plan in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportations Comprehensive Safety Action Plan to address public safety on city streets with a budget of $150,000. The comprehensive action plan will be used as a tool to aide the city in identifying, prioritizing, and addressing accident locations around Highway 1 and within the neighborhoods and commercial centers within the city. This is the first step in the City’s goal of reducing traffic-related injuries to zero.
