AWARD SCHEDULE:
Recommendations will be made to the school board at the May 1, 2025
Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
Initial contract period will be May 2, 2025 - May 1, 2026
, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be May 1, 2030

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Student Nutrition Ice Cream as specified in the line items.
- Site Visits - Vendors will be allowed to make site visits on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 to assess costs associated with mounting the displays at each campus. Many campuses in the district have very similar floor plans so vendors may choose to visit "standard floor plans" of several campuses to assess costs associated and apply the same cost expectation to other campuses who follow the same standard floor plan to establish bid pricing prior to submission. If vendors wish to participate in the site visits on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the vendor should contact

for additional information.
Vendors who participate in the site visits will NOT receive any information that all other vendors will not be privy to. Vendors should submit all questions that they may have regarding this procurement through IonWave by the question deadline.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1.
The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
