Question - On page 1 of the statement of work,1.1.18 calls for 4 Tall Storage Units. The excel price sheet has 5 listed. Item 1.1.19 calls for 4 Low Storage Units. The excel price sheet has 8 listed. Should we follow the excel sheet?

Answer - The correct quantity for 1.1.18 is 6 Tall Storage Units. The correct quantity for 1.1.19 is 8 Low Storage Units.

• Attachments 001 and 002 have been updated accordingly to reflect the correct quantities.


• The submission deadline has been extended to 15 September 2025, 11:00 AM EDT.

1. Provide answers to questions received during the 21 August site visit. Please see Attachment 003, "21-August Site Visit Q_A."


2. Upload a revised Statement of Work that includes changes to the required office furniture. Please see Attachment 001, "Statement of Work v2_redlined."


3. Upload a revised Price Sheet which includes new CLIN structure and updated quantities. Please see Attachment 002 "Price Sheet v2."


4. A revised SOW Diagram and AutoCAD files are available. Interested offerors may request copies NLT 04 September 2025, 3:00 PM EDT. Late requests may not be considered, and the solicitation period may not be extended to accommodate late requests.


5. The submission deadline has been extended to 11 September 2025, 5:00 PM EDT.

*Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to provide details for a guided site visit.

A guided site visit will be offered on 21 August 2025 and commence at 10:00 AM EDT. Attendance is NOT a requirement for award but is highly encouraged. Any offeror attending the site visit shall do so at its own expense. The Government will not compensate or be responsible for any costs associated with a site visit. Attendees shall contact Jessica Escribano at jessica.l.escribano.civ@us.navy.mil to confirm attendance and arrange base access and coordinate your arrival NLT 48 hours prior to commencement of the site visit.

The submission deadline date has been extended from 26 August 2025 to 28 August 2025, 5:00 PM EDT.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) has a requirement for the procurement, assembly, and installation of furniture in Buildings 5, 150, 678, and Hangar 1 Work Areas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Period of Performance (PoP) for the resultant award shall be 120 days after the date of contract award.

*A site visit can be offered for this requirement at the request of interested offerors for the cubical areas in Buildings 5 and 678. Attendance is NOT a requirement for award but is highly encouraged should a site visit be held. Any offeror attending a site visit shall do at its own expense.
