It is the intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to describe the minimum requirements for the upcoming crushed stone and gravel and related supplies blanket purchase agreement for the Winnebago County Highway Department. All items, details of construction, services or features not specifically mentioned which are regularly furnished in order to provide these items requested shall be furnished at the quoted price and shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship.
