Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for Hodiamont Greenway: Gwen Giles Trailhead in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. This work consists of limited removal of existing site elements, grading, flatwork, greenway trail, park loop trail, site lighting, pavilion structure, public art, bike parking, site furnishings, plantings, street crossing, interpretive signage, wayfinding signage, and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.

Please plan accordingly. Instead of paying paper bidding costs (hand or hired delivery costs), a fee of $25 will be incurred for those who wish to bid electronically on a pay-per solicitation basis.
