THIS SOLICTATION IS CANCELLED.

Amendment 0001 issued 5/29/2025 answers submitted questions and updates the RFQ Attachment 5 Clauses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and issued pursuant to FAR 13.003(a), Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

HT9408-25-Q-0005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) has a requirement for Secure On-Site Document Destruction Services at the 2nd Medical Group Healthcare Operations Squadron in Barksdale, Louisiana and outlying clinics (Barksdale AFB, LA).
