The Division of Insurance ("Division") seeks to create a pool of pre-qualified outside legal counsel ("Qualified Vendors") to assist in its review of merged market rate filings submitted by regulated entities and represent the Division in connection with administrative hearings held on disapprovals of said rate filings. As needed, the Commissioner ("Commissioner") of Insurance will obtain quotes or estimates for a particular project or performance requirement from several Qualified Vendors in order to obtain the best rates or performance options for the project. Individuals and/or organizations are invited to submit Responses describing their expertise in providing legal services to the Division as a Qualified Vendor in the following identified areas.
