This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301626R0015 and is issued as an RFQ. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 11/10/2025. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition.
