The Waynesville R-VI School District is requesting proposals for the Middle School Cafeteria Renovations, 1001 Historic 66, Waynesville, Missouri 65583. Proposals are due by 2:00pm CDT, November 25, 2025 at the Waynesville R-VI School District – 200 Fleetwood Drive, Waynesville, Missouri 65583. A pre-bid conference will be held 2:00pm CDT, November 13, 2025 at Waynesville Middle School, 1001 Historic 66, for all prospective bidders. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for prospective bidders. Contract documents will be available on October 28, 2025 . Documents will be available through Drexeltech.com . All bidders must comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law and E-Verify. A bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the bid, is required from all bidders. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The scope of work consists of minor interior renovations to the existing cafeteria.
