Portable Audiovisual Equipment

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting an Invitation to Tender for the supply of portable audiovisual equipment for the Gold Horse Casino located in Lloydminster, SK.

*Note: All items to be intended as “Portable” (with the exception of the smart TV’s) and utilized in different casino indoor/outdoor spaces.

Instructions to Bidders:

Substitutions will be accepted, all specifications and warranty to be provided with each bid and must be compatible for each projector and screen for optimum sound and projector visualization.
Bidders are welcome to bid multiple options for the projector and screen quotes. Partial bids will be accepted, with a preference for supply of all items. Please consider availability of the equipment to ensure timelines are met when providing each quote.
Provide an outline of all training and documentation provided with equipment, as applicable.
All quotes to be in Canadian Dollars $CAD and shall be the total cost to SIGA including all enviro fees, duties, import fees, license costs, fees, insurance and all other applicable charges. Taxes to be applied as listed in the table above.
Installation not required. Assembly and configuration labour to be included in pricing table.
The pricing listed in the Bid Submission shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the submission deadline date.
SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.

All equipment must be new; - refurbished, repackaged, or used equipment is not acceptable.
Vendors to provide references of clients completed of similar scope.
All hardware to be on site by the supplier listed commitment date (and prior to February 28, 2025).
