THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO DISSOLVE THE PREVIOUS SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE AND OPEN COMPETITION TO ALL QUALIFIED ENTITIES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE FAIR AND REASONABLE COMPETITION.

THE SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION ACCEPTANCE PERIOD BY AN ADDITIONAL SIX (6) DAYS IN ORDER TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL COMPETITION AND ALLOW PREVIOUS QUOTERS TO REVIEW, REVISE AND RESUBMIT THEIR ORIGINAL SUBMISSIONS FOR BOTH SUBMISSION COMPLIANCE AND PRICING ADJUSTMENT.

OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH MONDAY, 9/15/2025 AT 10:00AM EST.

***IN ADDITION, ALL NEW AND PREVIOUS QUOTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND RETURN THIS AMENDMENT AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE REQUIRED CHANGES. ANY PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS THAT DO NOT SUBMIT A SIGNED

MODIFICATION, FORM SF-30, WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for ten (10) Damper Controls with Actuators, built to specifications for the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the Best Value to the government and is 100% set-aside for small business entities.

DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM. Contractors active in SAM have a unique

entity identifier (UEI) that is used to do business with the federal government. The Government has moved to a free new, non- roprietary identifier that will have to be requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You can
