The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The American Embassy (also referred to as U.S. Government in this contract) in Windhoek, Namibia requires preventive maintenance services for the facility’s uninterruptable power supply systems.
These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Contractor shall perform planned maintenance and inspections as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The intent of this SOW is to ensure the entire standby uninterruptable power supply system for this facility are maintained according to manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure the readiness and proper operation of the system, and to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration when units are activated/running.
The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
