The Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education. Pursuant to KRS 165A.340(3)(j), which states that an independent audit of the Commissions finances shall be conducted biennially. The opinions and reports of the accountants shall be forwarded to the Commission upon completion. KCPE seeks the services of certified public accountants to perform an audit of the Commissions finances for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026 (FY2026) and July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 (FY2027). The audit of FY2026 and FY2027 shall be conducted and completed within 90 days after the close of FY2027, June 30, 2027.
