Project Description: The Fargo Dome Authority (“Authority”) and North Dakota State University (“NDSU”) jointly invite qualified development teams to propose site concepts for a Hotel and Entertainment District located on NDSU-owned land adjacent to the Fargodome.
The Authority and NDSU seek a private partner to design, finance, construct, operate, and maintain a high-quality district integrating hospitality and dining experiences that expand Fargo’s tourism and entertainment offerings while complementing the planned City of Fargo Convention Center.
