This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting
Office (NCO) 4, to provide a Brand Name or Equal Comprehensive Optical Biometer. The brand
name for reference is the Carl Zeiss IOL Master 700 comprehensive system. This equipment
requirement is for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA 19104. The
full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or
around March 28, 2025.
The full solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry
